When people rob stores they typically do it because resources (like money, food, etc.) are tight. In the case of this man we can only speculate that he needed food and drink, but didn't have the means to get the money to buy the food. When resources are scarce thoroughly examine all possible choices of obtaining the lost resource. Do not forget to research all possible outcomes of the choices presented.

- Solution 1 - Get a job and earn money.
- Solution 1 solves both sides of the problem you can acquire money which then means you can buy food and much more.
- Solution 2 - Go to a food bank or soup kitchen.
- Solution 2 Solves only half of the problem because, you receive food, but no money.
- Solution 3 - Rob a convenience store to get money and food.
- Solution 3 can Solve both sides of the problem, but does not fix the problem. By choosing option three you create so many other problems i.e. getting arrested, fined money for damages and lost merchandise.
